Swisse Women’s Ultivite Formula 1 contains 50 premium quality vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and herbs to help support women’s nutritional needs and maintain general wellbeing. This formula assists with energy production, stamina and helps support a healthy nervous system. The Swisse Ultivite range is based on over 25 years research.
Swisse Ultivites are available in capsule form. One Ultivite tablet is equivalent to two capsules so we recommend that you take 2 capsules daily. Capsules cost approximately 10% more due to the additional manufacturing costs and materials involved.

This is a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomised, parallel groups study that sought to investigate the effects of taking the Men’s or Women’s Ultivite daily for 16-weeks on mood, stress, sleep and cognition in healthy men and women aged 20 to 50 years. Participants completed questionnaires relating to their feelings of general well being, stress and anxiety, sleep quality and feelings of fatigue, mood and any physical complaints. Sensitive computerised tasks were used to assess executive function, memory, speed of processing and multitasking ability and the effect that cognitive stressors have on mood, fatigue and ability to concentrate. The study also examined potential biological mechanisms through which Ultivite use may be beneficial including blood measures, cardiovascular health and brain function.
Preliminary analyses (non-peer reviewed) indicate that both Men’s and Women’s Ultivite F1 formulations lower homocysteine.
